Having now returned from our Christmas break it was with great pleasure that we received the following feed back from two of our customers
Phil and Caroline Ingham wrote ” Just thought I would drop you a quick note in thanks for the lovely pool table that now has pride of place in our games room. Dealing with Kingswood Leisure has been very easy and professional and I would have no concerns in recommending your services to other clients.
Marcus Earle wrote.” Just a quick note to say thank you . I have had the delivery and it exceeds my expectations and some. I got it for the kids , but they are going to have to think again if they think they will be able to use it” !
Customer response like this makes all our efforts worth while and at the same time confirms kingswood Leisure as being one of the UK’s premier supplieres of new and reconditioned pool and snooker tables, it also helps to lift the January blues,during this cold and dark month

We have had confirmation today of an export order for a reconditioned full size snooker table to,be shipped to the Gambia in West Africa, this is the first time we have exported there . The table is going to be shipped up country to a construction site where it will be used in one of the staff rest rooms helping the construction workers to relax after a hard days work in difficult conditions. There has been no shortage of volunteers among the fitters at Kingswood Leisure who would like to go to the Gambia to install the table , hard luck boys the customer is using his own team to install the table, better luck next time !

Today we completed the installation of one of our Vegas 9ft reconditioned American pool tables. We had two of these tables in stock and have now sold both of them . I think the pictures show how well these tables have been refurbished and will give potential customers who view them added confidence when buying.

We are pretty close neighbours to the Severn Valley Railway at Kingswood Leisure , but we don’t want to spend every hour working on pool tables so at the end of this week we took a break from reconditioned and new pool tables and went to see the Tornado A1 Pacific class Locomotive that was on a visit to the SVR . This is the first locomotive to be built in the last 45 years , she is magnificent , so having enjoyed a few hours off it’s back to the grind stone and working on all those pool tables ready for Christmas

Philip Beards who designs and constructs all our custom made pool dining tables is nearing completion of a 6ft version of his contemporary design pool dining table in ash, this is due to be delivered in about 10 days time, we will publish pictures of the table once installed plus customer reaction on this blog.

We are pleased to publish below an email from Steve Fox at Mosers Hall regarding some recent work we carried out for him.
Dear John.
I actually meant to write to you immediately after your engineers had been becuse they were incredibly impressive! The pool table had to be moved down a couple of flights of stairs, around some awkward corners and through a couple of narrow doorways but they did it all without so much of a scratch on the paintwork. What’s more, they worked tremendously hard whilst fixing and recovering the table, despite my lack of hospitality…I didn’t even give them a cup of tea!
Please convey my thanks and admiration for all their efforts.

Kingswood Leisure are about to launch a new web site, having a world wide presence with our .com site, we have decided to now launch .co.uk website with help from our design and marketers www.streamlinemarketing.co.uk. Today we delivered a table to the highest point in Birmingham , the 27th floor of the Orion building luckily we could use the lift.
