Our delivery service

Our delivery service covers all regions of the UK.
Please note, the quoted delivered prices do not include delivery to the following areas:

• Scottland
• Cornwall
• Northern Ireland
• The Irish Republic

Please contact us for a delivery and installation cost to these areas.

Deliveries are made on a weekly basis using an internationally well known carrier, as well as our own delivery vehicles.

Option 1 - delivery without installation (ground floor location only)*

The table will be delivered and placed inside a ground floor room of your choice.
The customer then unpacks and assembles the table.

Unlike most other suppliers, we use a two man delivery team when delivering tables - this means the customer's assistance is not required.

Option 2 - delivery and full installation (ground floor location only)*

Our trained table fitters will deliver, unpack, assemble and level your Pool table in a ground floor location. We make sure it is completely ready for play, from start to finish.

Upstairs/ Basement deliveries*

Whilst we can install tables in basements, upstairs and other difficult locations this is usually achieved by flat packing the table to it's component parts and then re assembling. There is an additional charge for this service.
If customers fail to notify us that the installation is not to a ground floor location, then we reserve the right to deliver the table kerb side only, the customer will then have to install the table at their own risk - in these circumstances no refund will be made for our failure to install.

Exporting to Europe and other countries

Kingswood leisure has many years experience exporting tables all over the globe. All our exported tables are professionally packed for shipping by container, air freight or in the case of mainland Europe road vehicle.

Export customers should be aware that they are responsible for providing the necessary manpower to offload packed and palletised tables at the delivery destination as delivery vehicles are not always provided with a tail lift.
